This is an association conference, not a Veto-hosted event. Sebastian is attending as an OCEA board member bringing the missing AI education packet.
The packet includes the Green/Yellow/Red framework (one page), a complete association host packet for chapters that want to run their own AI for Escrow session, and a sample Review Record printout.
Every conversation ends with a file ask or a named referral. No Veto product pitch in the hallway. Education first; Veto only appears when the conversation naturally reaches the private-file record.
The AI for Escrow packet is informational education, not CE, CLE, or PD credit-approved. No continuing education credit is offered or implied unless separately approved by CEA.
